Work Packages

The implementation of Revive & Thrive is structured into interconnected Work Packages (WPs), ensuring a coherent, results-oriented, and high-quality project management process.

Each Work Package contributes to the overall objective of empowering young people through sustainability, non-formal education, and cross-sectoral cooperation, while ensuring measurable impact at local, national, and international levels.

 

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination

This Work Package ensures the smooth and effective implementation of the project across all partner countries.

It includes:

  • Overall project coordination

  • Financial and administrative management

  • Internal communication among partners

  • Quality assurance and risk management

  • Monitoring and evaluation

Through structured coordination meetings and continuous monitoring, WP1 guarantees that all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Erasmus+ standards.

WP2 – Research, Needs Analysis and Good Practices

WP2 focuses on identifying the needs of young people, youth workers, and local communities in relation to sustainability, resilience, and green transition.

Activities include:

  • Mapping local challenges and opportunities

  • Collecting best practices from partner countries

  • Stakeholder consultations

  • Comparative analysis

The outcomes of this Work Package will inform the development of educational materials and practical tools tailored to real community needs.

WP3 – Development of Educational Resources and Training Materials

This Work Package is dedicated to creating innovative, accessible, and practical learning resources.

Key outputs:

  • Training modules for youth workers

  • Learning materials for young participants

  • Toolkits and practical guides

  • Digital resources and online content

The materials will be based on non-formal education methodologies and designed to foster creativity, active participation, and sustainability-oriented thinking.

WP4 – Capacity Building and Training Activities

WP4 focuses on strengthening the competencies of youth workers and young people through experiential learning activities.

Main activities:

  • International training courses

  • Workshops and local capacity-building sessions

  • Peer-learning and mentoring

  • Pilot testing of developed materials

This Work Package ensures that participants acquire practical skills that can be applied in their communities.

WP5 – Implementation of Local Actions and Community Engagement

Under this Work Package, partners will implement local initiatives inspired by the project’s methodology.

Activities include:

  • Youth-led community actions

  • Awareness-raising events

  • Environmental and social initiatives

  • Collaboration with local stakeholders

These actions will transform learning into real impact and strengthen civic engagement.

WP6 – Dissemination, Communication and Sustainability

WP6 ensures visibility, outreach, and long-term sustainability of project results.

It includes:

  • Website and social media communication

  • Promotional materials

  • Multiplier events

  • Policy recommendations

  • Sustainability strategy beyond project duration

Through structured dissemination, the project aims to reach a wide audience and ensure the continued use of its results after the funding period.

Greece, Türkiye, Jordan, Estonia, Egypt, and Tunisia – fostering cross-regional cooperation and intercultural exchange.

A two-year collaborative process dedicated to research, development of educational tools, capacity building, and impactful local actions.
